Originally from Bamfield, Marcie moved to Ucluelet at a young age and was raised here, giving her a deep-rooted connection to the area, its people, and the lifestyle that makes it so special. To her, Ucluelet isn’t just where she works, it’s home in every sense.After graduating locally, Marcie moved to Victoria to attend Camosun College, where she studied Business Administration and Tourism & Travel. She went on to build a successful career with Elections BC as a Senior Compliance Specialist, focusing on financial reporting, client service, and staff training. Alongside this role, she also worked in a leadership position within the executive lounge at Marriott hotels, where she trained team members and delivered a high level of guest service.Marcie later returned to Ucluelet and joined The Gray Team, becoming a licensed REALTOR®. Her professional background, combined with her local knowledge, allows her to guide clients with confidence, whether they are buying, selling, or investing on the West Coast.Outside of real estate, Marcie embraces everything the Ucluelet lifestyle has to offer. You will often find her out on the trails with her dog, enjoying the beaches, spending time with friends and family, or in the kitchen creating meals at home. She has also been actively involved in the community, including volunteering for local organizations and serving for several years with Ucluelet Fire Rescue.Marcie is passionate about helping clients navigate the market while sharing the lifestyle she knows and loves.
